看到一篇PPT，讲MMT的。

我在想这个virtually是什么意思？“理论上”？一查，这个词蛮有意思的，竟然是“事实上”，“实际上”的意思！
但virtual不是“虚拟的”的意思吗？一查，如下：
Existing or resulting in essence or effect though not in actual fact, form, or name:
实质上的，实际上的：虽然没有实际的事实、形式或名义，但在实际上或效果上存在或产生的：
eg. the virtual extinction of the buffalo.野牛实际上已经绝迹
