如上图，今天无意中看到别人的博客，想了想，决心也把我的“相关日志”插件的输出调成上图中圆角的格式。

其实也没什么特殊的技巧，就是CSS调调罢了。关键是用了FIELDSET元素，然后里面内嵌一个LEGEND元素，就可以呈视上面的漂亮效果了。
